1. Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

• "Platform" refers to the tktoto website (tktoto.cam), mobile applications, and all related digital services operated under the tktoto brand.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the tktoto platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Gaming Services" refers to all betting, gaming, and gambling activities offered through the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, and togel (traditional Indonesian lottery games).
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the monetary value held in a User's Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives provided by tktoto subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to confirm a User's identity, age, and residency.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To use the tktoto platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. This is a strict requirement enforced through mandatory identity verification using a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of registration and use.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited or where tktoto services are restricted.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database or have been previously banned from tktoto or affiliated platforms.

2.2 Account Creation Process

When registering for a tktoto account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active mobile phone number.
• Submit a clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) for identity verification purposes within 7 days of registration. Failure to complete KYC verification within this timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Create a strong, unique password and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with tktoto. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same individual, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any related transactions, confiscate winnings, and retain any deposits made into such accounts.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. tktoto will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify our customer support team and change your password. tktoto shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tktoto supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All payment methods must be registered in your legal name as verified through KYC. Third-party deposits (payments from accounts not owned by you) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 25,000 to Rp 50,000. Maximum single deposit limits are Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. Deposits via bank transfer during Indonesian banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB, Monday through Friday) are typically credited within 5-15 minutes. Deposits outside banking hours or on weekends/holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation.

3.3 Withdrawal Requirements and Processing

To request a withdrawal, you must have:

• Completed full KYC verification by submitting a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP).
• Met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses claimed.
• Withdrawn to a payment method registered in your verified legal name.

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 500,000,000. Withdrawals are processed within 1-24 hours for verified accounts. The first two withdrawals per calendar month are free of charge; subsequent withdrawals may incur a processing fee of 1% of the withdrawal amount. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification for security purposes, which may extend processing time up to 72 hours.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

tktoto operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. We reserve the right to request additional documentation (proof of address, source of funds, bank statements) for large transactions or suspicious activity. Failure to comply with AML verification requests may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

tktoto offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming a bonus, you accept the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements). Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before the bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with an 8x wagering requirement on a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 8,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10-20% contribution
• Sports Betting: Contribution varies by odds and bet type
• Table Games (RNG): 50% contribution

4.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other players, or exploiting software errors, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse without prior notice or refund.

4.4 Time Limits and Expiration

All bonuses have a validity period, typically 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Unused bonuses and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period and are automatically removed from your account.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play and Game Integrity

All games offered on the tktoto platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested for fairness. Sports betting odds are provided by licensed third-party data providers. tktoto does not manipulate game outcomes or odds. Any attempt to cheat, hack, or exploit game software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly forbidden from:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or share information.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or exploiting odds discrepancies between platforms.
• Betting on events where the User has inside information or can influence the outcome.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from Platform software.
• Harassing or threatening other Users or customer support staff.

5.3 Disputes and Error Resolution

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction that affects game results or transactions, tktoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. All disputes must be reported to customer support within 14 days of the disputed transaction. Failure to report within this timeframe waives your right to contest the transaction. tktoto's decision on disputes is final and binding.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1 Service Availability

While tktoto strives to maintain 99.5% platform uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, DDoS attacks, or factors beyond our control. tktoto shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

6.2 Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and odds data feeds. tktoto is not responsible for failures, delays, or errors caused by these third-party services. Users acknowledge that game outcomes are determined by third-party software providers, and tktoto acts solely as a platform facilitator.

6.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tktoto's maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.

6.4 No Warranty

The Platform and all Gaming Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. tktoto disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7.1 Age Restriction Enforcement

tktoto strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any User found to be underage will have their Account immediately closed, all transactions voided, and funds forfeited. We employ multiple verification methods including KTP validation and third-party age verification services.

7.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

tktoto provides responsible gaming tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts over specified periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive pop-up notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform.

7.3 Self-Exclusion Process

Users may request self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account, make deposits, or participate in Gaming Services. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen duration. 8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds within 30 days. After 30 days, inactive account balances below Rp 100,000 may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 10,000.

8.2 Company-Initiated Closure

tktoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Use of the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other Users.
• Creating multiple accounts or using false identity information.

In cases of Account closure for breach of Terms, tktoto may forfeit all Account funds and winnings. In cases of closure not related to User misconduct, remaining account balances will be returned to the User after deducting any outstanding fees or chargebacks.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the tktoto platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, user interface, software code, and visual designs, is the property of tktoto or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the tktoto platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We collect personal information including name, date of birth, address, KTP details, transaction history, and gameplay data.
• Data is used for account verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which tktoto holds its gaming license. Where applicable, Indonesian consumer protection laws may apply to Users located in Indonesia.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through our internal complaint process:

2. tktoto will investigate and respond within 14 business days.
3. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to mediation through an independent dispute resolution service.

11.3 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

12. Amendments to Terms

tktoto reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email and/or prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
